# Quick Bill Generator Privacy Policy

Effective as of October 14, 2026

This policy explains how QuickBill - Bill Generator App, provided by Matterward Labs Private Limited, handles your information.

QuickBill creates bills and receipts on your device. An account is optional. Advertising, analytics, crash reporting, sign-in and store purchases use online services when available.

## Bills and Local Files

Bill generation, PDF previews, saved bill setups and receipt records work on your device. The details you enter, generated PDF contents, signatures, chosen logos and attached payment proofs are not uploaded to our servers for bill generation.

Photos and documents you select are copied into local app storage for the feature you choose. Sharing a file opens your device's share sheet; the destination you select handles that copy under its own policies.

- Local bill information can include names, addresses, contact details, purchase items, amounts, taxes and payment references.
- Usage analytics includes limited document metadata, such as bill type, template, single or bulk mode, receipt count and PDF size. It does not include the bill's entered names, addresses, account numbers, filename or PDF contents.
- Files exported to Downloads, Files or another app can remain there after you delete an account or uninstall QuickBill.

## Optional Accounts

You can use every bill type without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication processes your sign-in credentials and keeps an account record, including your Firebase user ID, provider identifier, name, email address and profile-photo URL when supplied by Google. On versions offering Sign in with Apple, Apple account information is processed in the same way.

These details support authentication, account display and account management. Firebase also processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for authentication security. Signing in does not upload your bills or enable bill-file syncing.

## Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your QuickBill account and its associated account information without reinstalling the app. Email admin@matterwardlabs.com with the subject QuickBill account deletion request, preferably from the email address used to sign in.

Include the sign-in email address and whether you used Google or Apple. We verify ownership before deleting the Firebase account and its associated profile information. If you cannot access that email account, tell us so we can discuss how to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or copies of your bills.

In the app, open Account, choose Delete account and confirm your identity with your sign-in provider. This removes the QuickBill Firebase account; it does not delete your Google or Apple account.

Account deletion does not delete bills, evidence or PDFs stored on your device, files you exported or copies you shared with others. You can remove those separately through QuickBill or your device's file manager. Store purchase records remain with the relevant app store. Account deletion does not automatically erase previously collected analytics or crash reports; contact us about deletion of other data, and we will explain the available process and any applicable retention.

## Analytics and App Improvement

Google Analytics for Firebase collects app interactions, screen views, sessions, app and operating-system information, installation identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, and approximate location derived from IP addresses. It can also record in-app purchase events, including product and price information.

QuickBill records feature usage, bill-generation outcomes, limited PDF metadata, language and theme choices, permission results, sign-in events and supporter status to understand use and improve the app. Analytics runs independently of optional sign-in; the current app does not offer a general analytics collection switch.

## Advertising

QuickBill uses Google AdMob to display ads. The advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads can still process technical information.

Google's consent flow is used where required, and device privacy settings can limit advertising identifiers. An optional supporter purchase removes app ads. Advertising choices do not disable separate analytics or crash reporting.

## Crash Reporting

Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports, stack traces, relevant app state, device and operating-system information, installation identifiers and diagnostic logs in release versions. App warnings and errors, including non-fatal errors, may be recorded to diagnose failures. Analytics can provide a history of app actions before a crash.

QuickBill does not deliberately attach bill contents or sign-in email addresses to crash reports. Technical error messages may contain information relevant to the failure.

## Purchases and App Services

Optional supporter purchases are handled by Google Play Billing or the applicable app store. QuickBill reads product information, purchase outcomes and ownership records to grant or restore the supporter entitlement. We do not receive your payment-card number or bank-account details from store checkout.

Firebase Remote Config processes installation identifiers and technical information such as country, language, time zone, app and operating-system versions to deliver app configuration. Google Play services can process device and application information to check for app updates and provide store functionality.

## Location and Permissions

QuickBill does not request precise device location for bill generation. Advertising and analytics services can infer approximate location from network information such as an IP address.

When you choose a photo, document or other device feature, QuickBill uses the system picker or applicable permission flow for that action. Selected bill images and evidence are processed locally rather than uploaded as advertising or analytics content.

## Service Providers

Online features use Google/Firebase and the relevant app store. Their services process information for the purposes described above. Advertising services may share their collected information with advertising partners. Information tied to an installation or identifier is not necessarily anonymous.

## Your Choices and Data Retention

You can skip sign-in, sign out or delete your account. Device and advertising-consent settings may limit advertising data. Uninstalling stops future app activity on that installation, but does not itself delete an online account, previously collected service data or exported files.

Local app data remains until you remove it or the operating system removes the app's private storage. Copies in Downloads, Files, other apps or device backups are subject to those storage systems and need to be managed separately.

Account information is held by Firebase Authentication until the account is deleted. Analytics, diagnostic and store records are subject to the relevant service's retention practices. Contact admin@matterwardlabs.com about access or deletion requests; the Account Deletion section explains how to request removal of your QuickBill account.

## Children

QuickBill is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact admin@matterwardlabs.com so we can investigate and address it.

## Security

Firebase, Analytics and AdMob use encryption in transit for their service requests. Local data relies on app storage and your device's security measures. Use your device's lock and storage controls to protect bills and exported copies. A file you choose to share is handled by the destination you select.

## Changes and Contact

We update this page when our app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies this revision. Privacy questions and account or data-deletion requests can be sent to Matterward Labs Private Limited at admin@matterwardlabs.com.
