What it does

UnfoldMyMac is a native Mac app that gives the desktop something to do. Thirteen lid effects read the angle of a MacBook lid and play as it opens and closes. Ten live wallpapers run independently of the lid, at 30 or 60 frames per second, across displays. Bring your own artwork with a choice of reveal style, or wire a wallpaper to local Mac metrics, a public GitHub profile, public aurora forecasts, or your own JSON over HTTP. Every one of those connections is off until you turn it on. Written in Swift, SwiftUI and Metal with no third-party package dependencies, and published under the Apache License 2.0.
